-
Yes. Telehealth consultations are available Australia-wide for many appointment types, depending on your individual circumstances. You must be physically present in Australia at the time of your telehealth consultation.
-
We offer longer consultations because we believe good healthcare takes time — 1 hour minimum (fees vary) for new patient appointments, allowing time to understand the whole picture, and 30 minutes minimum (fees vary) for follow-ups, depending on your individual needs.
-
If you have recent blood test results, imaging, specialist letters or a current medication list, bringing these along can be helpful.
-

Fees, Billing & Medicare
-
Yes — Medicare rebates are available for eligible consultations if you're physically present in Australia at the time of your appointment and hold a valid Medicare card.
For ADHD-only management, a Medicare rebate requires that you've been seen in person by your treating GP within the past 12 months. Mental Health Care Plans and Care Plans are billed at a different rate.
Medicare rules and rebate amounts change from time to time, so we recommend confirming current eligibility when you book.
-
Arami Women's Health is a private billing service, by appointment only, and we offer longer consultations — 60 minutes for a new patient and a minimum of 30 minutes for follow-ups — so there's time to properly understand your health.
Because fees vary by appointment type and length, please call us on 03 7048 4845, email info@aramiwomenshealth.com.au, or check current pricing on our booking page, and our team will confirm the exact cost for your appointment.
-
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or don't attend your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee applies for both in-person and telehealth appointments.
To reschedule an existing appointment, please use the Halaxy app.
If you're no longer able to attend in person, you can request to switch to a telehealth appointment instead — just email or call us.

Prescription requests can be made through our booking page.
